This was a new property in Shanghai in 2015 which is under Cheung Kong Property Holdings Limited. The client would like to create an exhibition to attract customers and show the edge of the property. The exhibition covers over 10,000 sqft which is divided into 4 interactive zones for various kinds presentation. We managed the whole design and creation works to bring in the futuristic experience to the exhibition. Our target is to integrate creative design, advanced technology, branding, and marketing strategy into the exhibition.

One of the interactive zone covers over 1,000 sqft, we designed and set up both the extensive LED wall and platform to play HD videos, and 5 building models to present the features and potentiality of the property. One unadorned building model is for 3D projector mapping effect to create immersive environment to the visitors. In addition, we developed an iOS app and installed it in the iPads to every sales representatives, so that they can control lighting and play video to support their presentation in full flow through each zone.
