We developed a tailored e-registration system for the East Kowloon Cultural Centre, offering an efficient online platform for event registration and audience management. This project included website design, programming, a CMS system, and maintenance services.

The website features an online registration system that allows visitors to browse detailed event information, register for specific event, and instantly receive a unique QR code for entry. This streamlined approach simplifies the attendance process and enhances overall event accessibility.

For administrators, the content management system (CMS) provides full control over ticket allocation across different time slots on a daily basis. It also enables exporting comprehensive reports for analyzing attendance rates and user engagement, supporting data-driven decisions for event planning .
